Andy has been with Nuway since 2003. In his time with Nuway, he has held positions as Project Manager and Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining the Nuway team, he worked in multiple trades, including steel erection, concrete, drywall, and framing. He graduated from IPFW with a degree in Architectural Engineering in 2000. He is active in the community, coaching both little league baseball and soccer, as well as serving as a Board Member of Bashor Children’s Home. Andy is also actively involved in his church. He resides in Bristol, IN with his wife and two children.
Jan joined the Nuway team in 2012. Prior to that, Jan held a variety of positions in manufacturing management where he was involved in process engineering and continuous improvement projects. Jan is a native of the Netherlands, where he earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1988. He spent a number of years at a woodworking company in Haiti, and in 1995 he moved to the United States. He has been a board member of Goshen Interfaith Hospitality Network for several years and is actively involved in his church. He lives in Goshen, IN with his wife and children.
Prior to joining the Nuway team in November of 2018, Brandy worked in public accounting—most recently as the Corporate Controller for a local investment group. She is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University and holds a degree in Accounting. At Nuway she provides leadership in the areas of finance and accounting, human resources, and strategic development. As a member of the executive management team, she helps set strategic goals for long-term growth. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling, biking, and spending time with her family.
Kathy has been with Nuway since 2005. Before joining the team, she worked in mortgage lending. At Nuway, she handles all HR responsibilities and assists the sales and safety teams with proposals, organization, and other general duties. When not at Nuway, she loves to play tennis and go camping with her family. She is also heavily involved in her church and the Elkhart County 4-H Lamb Club.
Tim joined Nuway in 2017. He earned a BS in Industrial Arts Technology from Bethel College – Kansas (‘84) and a Bachelor of Architecture from Kansas State University (‘88). He has over 30 years of experience in the architecture and construction industry and is a member of the American Institute of Architects. He is licensed in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He is a board member of the Angel of Hope Memorial Garden and active at Silverwood Mennonite Church. He and his wife and two children have a hobby farm in Goshen
Fred has been an Account Executive with Nuway since 2010, but his relationship with Nuway goes back to 2003 when he worked as a Development Partner. Before joining the team, he founded an industrial electronics distributor in 1985, which he sold in 2000. He is also a founding member of Indiana Community Bank and has been heavily involved with Goshen Christian Church since 1986. For the past twenty years, he was worked with Eden Children’s Village in Zimbabwe, and has gone on multiple mission trips there. He loves to golf and spend time with his three sons and nine grandchildren.
Originally a Middlebury native, Joey lived and worked in South Florida for nearly three decades, playing professional golf, selling classic cars, and eventually finding his way into the construction business. In 2014, Joey moved back to Elkhart County, where he worked in sales within the RV industry. He joined the Nuway team in 2021, and continues to pursue his passion for golf and classic cars in his free time.
