As one of Nuway’s Project Managers, you will be responsible for the management of multiple construction projects, from contract signing to job completion. You will be expected to:

  1. Uphold Nuway’s purpose to champion our customers’ success by providing superior building solutions
  2. Collaborate closely with project Superintendents—as well as Sales, Estimating, and Design teams—to deliver quality construction projects on time and on-budget
  3. Develop project schedules, lead project update meetings, and monitor project budgets to ensure maximum profitability
  4. Issue and negotiate subcontractor and supplier commitments
  5. Assist project Superintendents in coordinating and managing subcontractors
  6. Maintain favorable relationships with customers and represent the Nuway brand in a positive light
  7. Enforce jobsite safety

Our ideal candidate will have:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or equal experience
  2. Sufficient understanding of Microsoft suite (understanding of BlueBeam and Procore a plus)
  3. Ability to navigate job sites
  4. Willingness to learn, ask questions, offer feedback, and work as part of a team
