Andy Nesbitt | President of Nuway Construction

Andy Nesbitt, President of Nuway, has been with Nuway for 15 years. In his time at Nuway, he has held positions as Project Manager and Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining the Nuway Team, he worked in multiple trades, including steel erection, foundations, concrete, drywall, and framing. He graduated from IPFW with a degree in Architectural Engineering in 2000. He is active in the community by coaching little league and soccer, as well as serving as a Board Member of Bashor Children’s Home. He is also involved in his church. He resides in Goshen with his wife and 2 children.


Jan Oostland | Vice President of Operations

Jan Oostland is the Vice President of Operations, he has been with Nuway since 2012. Prior to Nuway Construction Jan held a variety of positions in Manufacturing Management where he was involved in processes engineering, and continuous improvement projects. Jan is a native of the Netherlands and has worked a number years for a woodworking company in Haiti and moved to the United States in 1995. In 1988 he received his degree in Mechanical Engineering in the Netherlands. He has been a board member of Goshen Interfaith Hospitality Network for a number of years and is actively involved in his church.


Fred Ramser | Account Executive

Fred Ramser, Account Executive, joined the Nuway team in 2004 focusing on Build to Suit Lease opportunities, while still providing this service, since 2010, he has been involved in customer relationship development. Understanding customer needs and utilizing the various talents of the team for the benefit of the client’s project. He has experience in land development, financing, leasing and property management. He currently manages several land partnerships. Managing customer relationships for over 30 years, and a founding member of MAR Electronics and Goshen Community Bank. “I really like the people aspect of our business, building long term relationships and helping customers grow.”
Active in his church, Eden Children’s Village in Zimbabwe and other local charities, grandkids and golf are a few of his outside fun activities.


Ken Wright | Sr. Estimator

Ken Wright has joined Nuway Construction as Sr. Estimator in January 2018.  Wright attended Vincennes University and completed the Building Construction Management from Ivy Tech Community College.  He has 36 years of experience in the construction industry.  Ken and his wife, live in Angola.


Tim Wall | AIA, LEED AP & Director of Design Services

Tim Wall, AIA, LEED AP, Director of Design Services, joined Nuway Team in April of 2017.  Tim has 28 years experience as a Registered Architect and has completed commercial renovations, historic preservation and new construction for many types of projects as well as master planning and accessibility studies.   He is registered in Indiana, Michigan and Ohio and is a LEED Accredited Professional.  Tim received a Bachelor of Architecture from Kansas State University.  He and his wife have a hobby farm in Goshen, Indiana.


John Emmons | Project Manager

John Emmons has been with Nuway since April of 2017 and started off as Superintendent. In October, he became a Project Manager. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Construction Management from Ball State University and has over 9 years of experience in the construction industry. Emmons enjoys spending time with his family on the lake.


Matt Somerlott | Project Manager

Matt Somerlott joined the Nuway team in 2016, Matt has played a key role in streamlining the estimating process. His integrity and honesty has helped develop relationships with our subcontractors, which is a reflection of Nuway’s company values. Matt is now serving Nuway as a Project Manager. Matt graduated from Indiana University- Purdue University Fort Wayne with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Technology and an Associates of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology. He was a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. In his free time, Matt enjoys waterfowl hunting.


Kathy Shearer | Office Manager

Kathy Shearer, Office Manager, joined the Nuway Team in 2005. Learning, growing and understanding the construction process has been her privilege. Having customer interaction and providing support to know we are meeting their needs before, during, and final completion of their project. Kathy has the privilege of working with all team members of Nuway to support their needs, through our HR program and developing friendships with each of the team members. Another big part of construction for Kathy is the interaction with the subcontractors that Nuway works with daily. She has 20 plus years in office management. Kathy volunteers with the Elkhart County 4-H Lamb Club and is active in her church. Kathy and her husband, live in Goshen, Indiana.
